I'm open to talk with people any time but there is few things in DMs to address

I may text a lot if we talk for the first time that's cause I get really excited about talking with new people (especially those who I want to be moots with) if that ever bothers you let me know and I'll try to keep in mind of it.

I often tend to send random images a lot as communication or when feeling awkward and not know what to talk about.

I forget often so if I ever break your boundaries first time it's not at my fault, but I always prefer communicating that through than lashing out.

PLS USE TONE TAGS ON ME!! I tend to assume the wrong tone often with strangers if it's not flashed out, if we are close friends it's not that needed unless if I do ask about it.
