What defines your artistic style?
I’ve answered this one here but I suppose also to elaborate, I use a lot of underlying shapes as structures, the noses, eyes, body. I think that gives my art a certain feel. I don’t do thin or pointy shapes, everything tends to be pretty solid and meaty. I don’t do thin lineart, it’s thicker and varies a fair bit in width. This comes across in my colours as well, strong, vibrant, heavy contrasts. I have trouble working with lighter palettes.
What do you like most about your art?
I’ve given answers here and here but I suppose what I /really/ like most about my art is that it lets me convey what I am thinking and makes it a reality. It is the purest joy I have, to be able to take my thoughts and give them form so I can share them.
What do you like drawing the most?
Answered here but also I love to draw blushing faces and crying faces, I love to draw blood and angst, I love to draw kisses, I love to draw different hair styles, I love to draw the characters I love, I love to draw stories. I think... I love to draw emotions, to share emotions, the most.
