Traumkörper.
I pull the dry skin off of my lips... I do it more when I'm anxious but if I feel a piece hanging loose I HAVE to pull it off. Is there anything I can do to curb this habit and/or do any of the Sea Family have suggestions for stuff to combat peeling lips? I've tried a lot of different things and nothing seems to help. :/
I used to have to deal with this a lot and what I felt helped a lot was chewing a piece of gum, also if you are at home and you feel the urge to bit, hold an ice cube to your lips. I felt this helped me a lot.
Also keeping my lips moisturized helped because I wouldn’t have any dry skin to pick at.

Oh darling! Momma has the advice for you. Nail and skin biting is called Onychopagia, This problem is closely related to trichotillomania, or hair pulling and skin picking. One way to help is to keep your hands busy with something else!There’s a bubble wrap keychain
Here’s Momma’s personal favourite, the Spinner Ring. Try wearing a strong perfume on your hands to remind yourself not to do it as your hands go near your face. You may also paint your nails, or wear gloves.Another handy product is Mavala STOP, a rather foul-tasting nail polish that’s clear.
