Remembering to manage your clients’ expectations is something that will greatly help you become a great Service provider. A SkillPath seminar I once attended called it: “Under-promise, Over-Deliver”. Promise clients less than you know you can do, and deliver more than they expected. Those more “geek-inclined” then I would refer to Scotty in StarTrek and how he always padded his estimates...
