The scope on this one grew. A lot.
What started as an exterior redesign for Cork and Batter, a 14,500 sq ft restaurant project in the US, turned into a full interior modeling job by the time we were through.
The client came to us with conceptual SketchUp files. We took them to LOD 300 in Revit. The tricky part wasn't the conversion itself, it was the missing dimensional data across custom millwork, the bar, and the banquette detailing. So we built adaptable Revit families that could flex around the gaps, instead of forcing decisions the design hadn't made yet.
What the site team ended up with: floor plans, millwork, bar and banquette details, a construction documentation set they can actually build from.
