I think fanartists are underrated.
Art/Painting/coloring/drawing/ Whatever the heck you’re doing is not something everyone is born with a talent for. You take how many hours out of your day just to do and then even tho it doesn’t look the best it’s your best. It’s a learning process. No matter how long it takes, it’s still something that’s gonna put you closer to your goal, or looking better in your own eyes.
Fan art is something that neve ceases to amaze me. That person had taken even more out of their day just to draw one specific person/thing. I cannot tell you how long it’s taking me to actually draw one person. It is not easy, and it’s harder to adapt to different people if you’re doing multiple at a time. Fanartists should be appreciated more: even if the fan art isn’t the best, it’s the best they can give the fandom so far. It’s one step closer to meeting their goal and when they post it, it may end up being the fandoms favorite and most treasured fan art.
