Skaro Silver/Dalek Silver stamp concepts
Skaro Silver is an alloy made up of 90% Fine Silver and 10% Dalekanium. It is an expensive material, and used primarily in antimicrobial coatings in specific castes of Dalek, namely ones that have a higher risk of being exposed to unknown infectious materials.
Sumptuary Laws in the Integrated Empire limit most Kaleds in the Kaled Dome to certain types of jewelry (mostly rings or pendants/medals). Exceptions are inherited pieces or silver held in trusts (example- Arkreli left Skaro Silver from replaced plating to Priya, and she was training as a silversmith), as well as silver smiths that are allotted Skaro Silver by the Dalek Domes. Skaro Silver can be seized in times of scarcity.
Stamps are in a database and regulated by the Empire. Stamps must be registered by the smithing company.
