Summary:

“Kojiro sighed, sitting on the bed and patting his side so his husband would sit with him to explain what probably was bad news. When Kaoru obliged, Kojiro took Kaoru’s hands on his, caressing them with his thumb soothingly.

“It seems that Shadow and Oka rented a cabin too in the place we’re going, and they’re bringing the kids with them. But they’re going just for the weekend! We’ll have five more days to be alone. And who knows, maybe they won’t tag along with us either on the weekend.” Kojiro explained, trying to calm Kaoru’s visibly increasing anxiety.”
