Number four in the challenge is one of the slickest and coolest X-Men, the prince of thieves, Gambit! A staple of the 90’s era “throw a jacket over the super suit” aesthetic, it’s hard to imagine the Ragin’ Cajun without without his signature brown trench coat. And I don’t know about you, but to this day whenever I read Gambit on the page I hear Chris Potter’s (X-Men:TAS) voice! And last but certainly not least in the #sixfanartsxmen challenge is the fuzzy blue elf, known in the Munich Circus as The Incredible Nightcrawler! A definite favorite I always love seeing Nightcrawler bamf around pages and screens! Had to go with his classic look and threw in his sword and a stained glass motif on his X. The penultimate mutant in the #sixfanartsxmen challenge is ferocious and deadly Wolverine! No, not the ole canucklehead, but his clone/daughter who is currently slashing her way through the pages of X-Men! Ever since she was first introduced as X-23 in the X-Men Evolution cartoon I’ve been a big fan. She’s made the leap from small screen to comic page and then to the big screen where she was played by @dafnekeen in Logan. I don’t know about you, but with @thehughjackman retiring the claws, it might be time for Laura to take over when the X-Men join the MCU. What do you think?
