Hey! Question.
Can the human reader use the wishing stones themselves?
My headcanon is no, they cant. Maybe because the stone is made of code and can read the thoughts of robloxian because they are made of code too, they synchronize and create what they think, but humans are not made of code so the stone cant read their mind and cannot make any wish.
But that is my hc, what is the real answer?
If they can, can the human wish for more control of the lua power? To know more?
I would agree to that proposal.
The human can create code, but using it would be different than how a Robloxian, or Inphernal in this case, would be able to use it.
Humans use RAW coding for their abilities and it falls under 3 main "schools" of coding.
Control, Alteration, and Deletion. Humans can use these three "schools" to create what they need, change themselves or other things, and remove things that they deem as obstacles/threats/junk.
But, these skills, like all skills, need to be honed and learned over time.
Humans don't have the ability to change into another form immediately off the bat or alter the state of something with the snap of their fingers.
They have to LEARN it.
Only those already familiar with the coding beforehand would be able to take rise to wielding Lua as natural as breathing. But, for the sake of the story, the human is a novice and doesn't understand it much.
But, they slowly learn more and more about the three "schools" of coding and Lua, which broadens their understanding of how to utilize it. Still, Lua stones are different.
The wishing stones function as "exe" files. They take an order from a source, usually from another source of coding, and they "execute" that order and they use the three schools of Lua to do so.
Control (example: wishing for an amount of currency/controlling the weather/knowledge on the answers of a future test), alteration (example: lighting a building on fire/changing yourself or your shape/transmuting an item into existence), and deletion (example: destroying a series of systems, leveling a settlement, killing someone/something).
Lua stones uses these fundamentals and "executes" what a source of code wants it to do. It has no morals, no thoughts, and no guidance. It runs purely on whatever "code" tells it to do.
In this case, you are correct that Inphernals ARE a source of coding, as they have natural Lua flowing in them. So Lua stones take their desires as "commands" and it "executes" the coding to create what the Inphernal wants by using the three schools of coding to fill their need.
So, yes. I will accept that as a very accurate headcanon! <: )
