“Keep up, will you?” Bond shot back over his shoulder as he shimmied along the wall, keeping his head down to a safe level. His Walter securely pressed into the palm of his hand as he cautiously checked around the corner of the street. This felt like having his Quartermaster tag along with him on a mission only Bond knew Merlin at least had more experience underneath his belt. He was less worried about him than he’d be with his tech genius. They were in the dark, cut off from both of their people and Bond had refrained from pointing out that that was when he had the most fun.
