grew a lot more interested in him while drawing these nice... but hes sticky and gross and fun to write but bad as a person. redemption arc would be nice but he doesnt rlly appear a lot in the comic to justify it.
anway, garlicfang is the older brother of singedwind and dewclaw in the winding thickets. he was lostgaze, foxsmoke, and dewclaw's apprenticehood bully growing up along with singedwind and robinpaw. the clique formed when they were all apprentices and it was soon apparent that robinpaw was the softest of the three, and was soon kicked out when they started taking things too far, then soon befriended his other denmates he used to bully instead, especially mosspaw and his brother, foxpaw. when robinpaw and lostgaze disappeared, everything changed. singedwind stopped hanging out with garlicfang once they became warriors and generally isolated himself, but garlicfang continued to keep up his prideful-bully personality afterward. its all he really knows, because deep down if he stops and thinks he will think about the fact that robinpaw and lostgaze going missing was most likely his fault.
but yeah he stinks like garlic and he needs to grow up
