You think Kratos will defeat Thor in the next God of War game?
According to Mimir’s stories and dialogue, it’s safe to assume that it won’t be an easy battle and probably 50/50. After hearing Mimir’s stories, it’s quite clear that Thor is a monster and a force to be reckoned with. Kratos may have killed the Greek Gods, but he lost most of his weapons from GOW 3, thus he isn’t as versatile as he was before.
The only thing he has that gives him a chance to possibly defeat Thor would be the Leviathan Axe. The axe was made by Brok and Sindiri, who also made Mjolnir, Thor’s hammer. It’s stated that the axe is equal to the hammer in terms of power. So, with that in mind, Kratos would match his blows. However, I can’t really guarantee it will be an easy win for Kratos.
I mean, Thor is so powerful that he knocked the World Serpent back in time with a swing of his hammer, it’s not even funny. It could be an exaggeration to you, but anything is possible in God of War.
