Beth Morgan is Beatrice James’ older sister. She teaches math and science in high school. I didn’t change the interior of the house, as it is okay for her as it is. I did change the exterior to emphasize even more the blue and white colour scheme it already had. The house is called Garden Cottage, at 373 Skyborough Blvd.
Widower Jabari (means couragious) el Malik began to feel very lonely in the large mansion where he and his wife Monica (néé Simmons) raised their three children. His sons have moved out, and daughter Marcy prefers to spend her time away from home. Then this comfortable little house with a beautiful view of the ocean became available. Jabari talked it over with Marcy, and they decided that Marcy would move into a student home, and Jabari would buy this house. I’ve added a few Moroccan details to show his background without emphasizing it.
The house is originally called Shearwater, but I have renamed it to Puffin, and the street, Wright Way, is going to be Seagull Lane. It is close to where the new hospital is going to be, which is convenient when the doctor is on call.
Hank’s older sister Mel lives next door to Hank and Pauline, with her German sheppard Rex. She too works in law enforcement and is Hank’s boss. Her favourite colour is lilac, I tried to use that colour around the house a lot without going overboard.
Both Mel’s brothers are in a relationship, and their father also lives in New Sunset Valley, so Mel has some folding chairs and a folding table in case she wants to entertain more than one guest.
Rex doesn’t care what colour his dog house is, as long as it’s rain proof and draft free.
Agatha Fleming is the Ruthes’ faithful assistent and partner in crime (literally). She’s a snob, and likes to call herself Dame Agatha and pretend she is something special. All of which is just pretense, and if it weren’t for some of her “job benefits“ she’d have a hard time making ends meet. She is a distant cousin of Michael Waters’ mother Penelope. Her only child recently moved out, and she is now living alone in her little house on the beach front, Pescadero at 5 Sun Song Ave. In the original Sunset Valley this is Claire Ursine’s house.

This is Michael Waters’ older brother, Harold Waters, with his wife Susan (née Thompson), daugher Quincy and his horse Cadfael. Harold is a succesful jockey/horse trainer. I haven’t decided on a career for Susan yet, nothing seems to really fit, so I guess I’ll let her choose once I start playing. Quincy is best friends with her cousin Melissa, often doing homework or hanging out together.

These are Imani Waters’ parents, Faraji and Ebele Amidane, with their beagle Darwin. Another family I won’t be actively playing, I don’t really have a background story for them.
The house is called Stallward Mission and is located at 378 Skyborough Boulevard. It originally belongs to Beau and Victoria Andrews.
