INFORMATION

If you didn’t know, all subhood townies and NPC’s have their names randomised when you first play. If this isn’t an issue for you, ignore this download as you probably won’t benefit from it!

All I’ve done is taken zachjohnunlimited’s 'Clean Pleasantview without Bella Goth,’ added Sim State University and renamed all of the dormies and NPC’s back to Maxis originals. If you want to keep your game strictly to playable Sims only, this download won’t be for you.

All students, mascots, baristas, professors, etc have been renamed to the Maxis originals. You can Google any of them and the Simswiki will pull up any information you might need.

Scripted events are in working order and I have taken every care to ensure names are spelled correctly, but if you notice any issues, please message me and I’d be happy to rectify the mistakes.

Please not that this version does not contain Bella Goth.

OPTIONS

There are two versions of this download:

N001: Replaces the Pleasantview already in your game.

NP01: Separate file so both Pleasantview hoods can coexist.

Ensure you delete the original N001 file before adding the replacement version in. Do not allow it to override.

Sim State University - The Dean’s House

Sims State University is inspired by the campus of the same name in the sims 2. Just like for my Sims3 Pleasantview and Strangetown, it is only populated by ‘sims3fied’ Sims 2 sims. 

After setting everything up during spring/summer last year, I’ve finally come round to playtest one of my Uni-town : Sim State University  and gosh I didn’t remember college was that fun ^^ .
