Schmoon’s Memory: The Meeting Room

Schmoon was in her room, wondering what to do with her day. What she didn’t know: her father, Marten, had called a secret meeting.

The meeting was already in full swing when Schmoon decided to head up to the roof. To get there, she had to pass through the meeting room…

She bursts in — and suddenly, every pair of eyes is on her. Not many people were in the room, but it felt like thousands staring.

Rufus sees her. He notices immediately — she’s different… she’s chaos.

Schmoon mumbles an apology. Marten smiles: "Ahh, my daughter — a rare sight here. Come, sweetie, I’ll introduce you!"

She’s visibly uncomfortable. Marten is proud, though — he’s always wanted her to be part of these meetings.

Schmoon just thinks: "When will this moment finally be over?"

Then Rufus stands up as soon as Marten finishes speaking. He introduces himself, awkward and a little clumsy — and he thinks: "What the hell is happening to me right now?"

Schmoon leaves the room quickly, wanting to escape the weight of the moment.

Rufus watches her go… and Marten notices. He steps dangerously close and warns him: "Rufus, I saw your look. Don’t even think about it."

Rufus just thinks: "Great… the boss is mad. This is going to be fun."

Meanwhile, Schmoon has already forgotten why she wanted to go to the roof. This brief encounter — with him, with Rufus — felt different. And she can’t explain why.

"What does this even mean?"

Schmoons Erinnerung: Der Meetingraum

Schmoon sitzt in ihrem Zimmer und überlegt, was sie heute anstellen soll. Was sie nicht weiß: ihr Vater Marten hat ein geheimes Meeting einberufen!

Das Treffen läuft bereits, als Schmoon aufs Dach will – und dafür muss sie durch den Meetingraum…

Sie platzt regelrecht hinein – und plötzlich alle Augen auf sie. Es sind nicht viele Leute da, aber es fühlt sich an wie tausend Blicke.

Rufus sieht sie. Er merkt sofort: Sie ist anders… sie ist Chaos.

Schmoon entschuldigt sich hastig. Marten lächelt: "Ahh, meine Tochter – ein seltenes Gesicht hier. Komm, Süße, ich stelle dich vor!"

Ihr ist es sichtlich unangenehm. Marten dagegen ist stolz – er wollte sie schon immer bei Meetings dabeihaben.

Schmoon denkt nur: „Wann ist dieser Moment endlich vorbei?“

Dann steht Rufus auf, sobald Marten zu Ende gesprochen hat. Er stellt sich vor, etwas tollpatschig – und denkt: „Was ist denn jetzt mit mir los?“

Schmoon flüchtet schnell aus der Situation.

Rufus schaut ihr nach… und Marten bemerkt es. Er tritt gefährlich nah an Rufus heran und warnt: "Rufus, ich hab deine Blicke gesehen. Halt dich zurück!"

Rufus denkt nur: „Super… der Boss ist sauer. Das kann ja heiter werden.“

Währenddessen hat Schmoon längst vergessen, dass sie eigentlich aufs Dach wollte. Diese Begegnung – mit ihm, mit Rufus – war anders. Und sie kann es nicht einordnen.
