No Outdoor Shadows Part I (Part II is here) Simsanto Inc. shared some of these a few years ago, I added the rest and combined them into two files: 1. zz_shasta_NoOutdoorShadows_supplies is only useful if you have ft and al 2. zz_shasta_NoOutdoorShadows_rugs is only useful if you have HugeLunatic's Off Grid Rugs Fix. It shouldn't hurt anything if you don't have all eps/sps

Here's the load order in your Documents > ... > Downloads folder: 1. zz_shasta_NoOutdoorShadows_rugs needs to load AFTER HugeLunatic's zz_HL_RugFixesDL_ALL 2. zz_shasta_NoOutdoorShadows_supplies can go wherever you want 3. My updated version of Numenor's _EnabledColorOptionsGMND can go wherever you're used to having it

As I understand it subhoods are safe to delete as long as you move graves/close businesses beforehand (and even the former should be nbd, at least with nounlinkondelete), so you're good to go :)
