For a simple get-together, these No-Fuss Bean Dip Nachos make the ideal snack or appetizer. With so many tasty ingredients, they will definitely be a hit at any party or game day gathering.
Ingredients: 1 can 15 oz refried beans. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1/2 cup salsa. 1/4 cup chopped green onions. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper. 1/4 cup pickled jalapeo slices. Tortilla chips for serving.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F. Heat the refried beans in a bowl that is safe to use in the microwave for about two minutes, or until they are hot and spreadable. Line the bottom of a dish that is safe to use in the oven with the warm refried beans. Over the beans, scatter half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Sour cream, salsa, green onions, black olives, diced tomatoes, diced red bell pepper, and pickled jalapeo slices are the next ingredients to be layered on top. Add the remaining shredded cheddar cheese on top of everything. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and melted, in a preheated oven. Arrange your tortilla chips on a serving platter and bake the dip. When the dip is done, take it out of the oven and allow it to cool a little bit before serving. Serve the tortilla chips for dipping alongside the No-Fuss Bean Dip Nachos. Have fun!
