Hi so if there’s anything involved in any of my fics that you don’t like, you don’t have to read them.

Personally I find religious themes fun and interesting to explore. As someone who grew up catholic, went to catholic school, and was literally named the female version of ‘Christian’ by my parents, I’ve always been, and always will be, connected to the faith even if I’m not super practicing now (for various reasons).

I will be vulnerable here for a second and say that writing my smutty fanfic has genuinely helped me overcome a lot of internalised shame surrounding sex and sexuality - which was partly brought on by the dreaded ((((((catholic guilt)))))) and so being able to then go as far as to include religious aspects in my fics now is strangely healing.

If that’s not something you’re into that’s cool everyone’s different but these are my fics so I’ll be writing the stuff I wanna write.

There will be more religion kink gator stuff, I will do you the courtesy of tagging future fics like that with ‘religion kink’ so you can block the tag.
