Ex-PresidentĀ Donald TrumpĀ threatened it would be āvery dangerousā if he were jailed over the new charges heās likely facing, citing the āpassionā of his fan base. Trump completely hijacked the news cycle when heĀ announced TuesdayĀ that heās about to be indicted in Special CounselĀ Jack SmithāsĀ investigation into TrumpāsĀ conduct surroundingĀ the 2020 electionĀ leading up to the January 6 attackĀ on the Capitol. Since that all-caps-festooned announcement, Trump hasĀ ranted aboutĀ the charges in various public forums, and it did not take long for him to raise the specter of violence that his supporters resorted to after he incited them on January 6. Trump gave an interview with IowaāsĀ The Simon Conway ShowĀ on Tuesday following the news, and spoke to hostĀ Doug WagnerĀ filling in forĀ Simon Conway.
Donald Trump's hinting that it would be "dangerous" if he gets indicted by Special Counsel Jack Smith for offenses related to the January 6th Insurrection is more proof that he should be held without bail until his trial.
Trump made those comments on Tuesday's edition of WHO's The Simon Conway Show to fill-in host Doug Wagner.
