Oh no! Where could he go? Where could he g- Anna! She'd help! A golden blur darted behind her as he peered out from behind her skirt, his mouth full of a couple pieces of unattended chocolate that he'd managed to get his paws on and the cook wasn't happy about it one bit. To make himself more hidden, the lion cub wiggled his way under her skirt with the exception of his tail partially sticking out. "Where is it?!" the cook bellowed. "Where's that little thief? I needed those pieces for the cake decorations!" Simba merely pinned his ears back as he overheard the yelling. What was wrong with hunting for something by himself for once?
"Wait, what?" She exclaimed, her hands outstretched, trying to help catch the speedy golden cub along with the rest of the kitchen staff. She'd been called over to help by Greta, who'd haphazardly started chasing poor Simba. Anna assumed the little lion was just trying to help, or just playing a quick game of hide and seek or something like it before the start of the Harvest Festival.
She felt the little guy under her skirts, his furr tickled her leg. She didn't want him to get in trouble -- and it looked like Cook meant business.
"Umm, I think he went that way?" Anna said, shifting her weight so nothing could be seen of Simba, and pointing in the direction of the docks. The Cook nodded and started off in that direction, kitchen maids tittering behind him. She snickered as the group continued down the lane and out of sight.
"Coast is clear. What did you do now, Simba?" She said, trying to chide but unable to hide her smile.
