Well this is no accent matters really, but more a matter of language register.āOuiā is litterally āyesā and āOuaisā, that you pronounce ou-ĆØh is āyeahā. Ouais is more familiar than Oui and you use it with friends, family, in a normal conversation etc... but for exemple, it is better to use āOuiā when you talk to a teacher or some authority figure,Ā because itās like... more polite i guess

Well... Thereās this one thing that makes nothern people laugh, itās the way we say the sound āin/ein/ainā (itās not said like in english at all)
For exemple, for the word āpainā that means ābreadā, we dont really say it just āpainā but a bit like āpaingā. Like, the vowel sound is very exagerated and.. sharper I think??
Also you have the verbal tic āputain conā, we say it a lot lmao (it means something like āfucking dammitā lmaooooo)
