been rewatching the penthouse and then periodically rewatching certain scenes/episodes as per my fancy and I can't get over the choice for the final Final scene of season 1 being a flashback to oh yoon hee finding the picture in the office and remembering her day with sim suryeon on that boat. it's so striking to me like it could have been her altercation with logan lee or the scene with joo dan tae and cheon seojin celebrating but instead it's just this haunting memory of their friendship and oh yoon hee's real time realisation that she can never get reconciliation with sim suryeon. bro i could talk about surhee for DAYS
