[ silvertrousers I just went with my first idea,...
[hooly shit it’s so good]
[ Ohhh good! I’m so glad you like it! :D That was fun to write. ]
[ silvertrousers I just went with my first idea, so I hope it’s good and what you were hoping for. ;) ]
Send my muse a nightmare. Make my muse scream and wake up in a sweat.
The crowd was cheering, like they always were. It was such a familiar and comforting sound. It had been a long time since he’d had any real stage fright. He was used to the stage now. He knew how to make the crowds go wild, he knew how to play the people. It was a thrill, but one that always ended in thundering applause and good press.
So when he walked onto the stage he didn’t feel particularly nervous, just excited. But it became apparent soon enough that something was off. The crowd was blurry to his eyes and their expressions weren’t of anticipation, but expectation and he suddenly realised he had nothing to give them. He was singing, but nothing was coming out. He couldn’t make a single sound, not a cough, or a gasp. His voice was stuck in his throat and no matter how hard he tried to get the lyrics out, they weren’t coming.
Soon the crowd, which had been raging before, fell quiet in confusion. But the confusion lasted only shortly, before someone in the back began to laugh, which soon set off the whole room. They were all laughing. They thought it was hilarious.
And they continued to laugh, even when he rushed off the stage, back up the spiral staircase to get to safety, to breathe again, but once there he didn’t emerge from that disturbing laughter. Ezra was waiting for him at the top of the stairs, staring him down. He couldn’t talk, or else he would have apologised, but instead he just waited for Ezra to speak.
“That’s it then,” he said, some resentment audible in his voice, but not enough for it to sound like he’d be missed. He wouldn’t be missed, because Ezra was always prepared, even for this. He turned around to face the third person in the room, a young teen boy, possibly 15 or 16. Rosy cheeked, blonde and pretty. “Out with the old, in with the new, ey?”
▼ - Childhood headcanon
[ Baby's childhood is pretty fucked up and he knows that. He doesn't remember a hell of a lot of his childhood very clearly and a lot of it has become all muddled up.
That doesn't mean he doesn't look back at his childhood positively though. He thinks that, despite the funny with his dad and his mum leaving, he had quite a good childhood. He got what he wanted and he was loved. ]
I didn't do this
silvertrousers:
“‘ow does someone accidentally do this?” He wanted to get close to the body, kneel by it and check if the bloke was still alive or something, but he knew it was extremely unlikely. The pool of blood had spread out from under the corpse and it truly stank. Filled his nostrils with a bitter, metallic scent.
"Dunno! Maybe he wanted te die? People sometimes wanna, yeah? Wanna chop yer own head off. Maybe that's wha' he tried. Put the bottle through himself, tried to find his heart."

"Diagnose Me"
[ I hope this is accurate. I'm just doing my take on Johnny from the play and from how you play him! I hope you agree! ]
- sexual/romantic orientationJohnny hasn't been raised with the thought that he could be anything else than straight and it was only when he set foot in the Atlantic that it struck him that homosexuality existed. He was confronted with such interaction (flirting, kissing etc.) between men daily and of course Ezra's attraction towards Johnny will have made him realise that being attracted to men is a thing. Johnny himself is unsure what exactly his sexual or romantic orientation is, because he's only since recently been able to doubt it. Being straight had always been a given, but now he has the chance to figure out what he's attracted to, he lets himself experiment a little, even though he's unsure what he thinks of himself, if he would be gay.
- religionJohnny was raised with religious themes around the house, like a lot of 'normal' families in that time. Going to church was the normal thing to do, but that didn't mean Johnny necessarily believed, or cared. His interest was always elsewhere, so his attention was never on religion and as time passed, it became less and less important to him. He didn't oppose to it, he was merely uninterested.
- phobiasHis biggest dream has always been to become a star and now he is, he's terrified of people losing interest in him. Johnny is also afraid of the world he's now in and involved in. He feels like a bit of an outsider, looking at the strange ways people live in this world. They're all damaged and crazy, while he's there for the music, to get famous. Johnny fears turning out as crazy, fucked up and deluded as Baby, Sweets, Skinny or Potts. Apart from that, I think he's quite afraid of disappointing people.
- any mental and/or physical illnessesNot any, yet.
- moral alignmentTrue Neutral:
A neutral character does what seems to be a good idea. She doesn't feel strongly one way or the other when it comes to good vs. evil or law vs. chaos. Most neutral characters exhibit a lack of conviction or bias rather than a commitment to neutrality. Such a character thinks of good as better than evil-- after all, she would rather have good neighbors and rulers than evil ones. Still, she's not personally committed to upholding good in any abstract or universal way. (source)
