she’s  recuperating  from  finals  week  ,  another  semester  finished  by  the  skin  of  xer  teeth.  an  excruciating  all  nighter  that  turned  into  four  nights  has  certainly  left  xem  in  bad  condition.  top  half  of  xer  face  pokes  out  of  the  pile  of  blankets  she’s  buried  herself  under  as  diyo  tugs  on  xer  sleeve  ,  eyes  ringed  with  red  from  exhaustion.  on  top  of  everything  else  ,  xe’d  done  well  enough  with  xer  last  submission  at  work  that  he  raised  his  team’s  expectations  of  him.  with  the  stress  of  having  to  outdo  himself  next  time  combined  with  the  impending  snow  storm  and  fatigue  ,  haru  wants  nothing  more  than  to  slip  into  hibernation  for  the  better  half  of  this  month.  but  diyo’s  nothing  if  not  insistent.  a  groan  as  haru  moves  into  a  half-sitting  position  on  her  mattress.     “     okay  ,  okay.  i  fold.     ”     voice  is  deep  with  sleep.  there’s  a  pillow  crease  mark  on  his  left  cheek  and  xer  hair  sticks  out  in  every  direction.  hand  comes  out  of  warm  cocoon  to  wipe  over  xer  eyes.     “     a  hot  drink  sounds  good  right  now.  just  don’t  know  if  i  have  the  supplies  for  it.     ”     when  was  the  last  time  he  went  to  the  store     ?     he’s  sure  the  only  thing  in  his  kitchen  was  a  half  carton  of  eggs  ,  a  few  packs  of  ramen  ,  and  ketchup  packets  stolen  from  his  university’s  dining  hall.  just  thinking  about  it  makes  xer  stomach  rumble.  haru  looks  up  at  diyo  from  where  she  sits  ,  expecting  him  to  magically  make  food  and  drink  appear.     “     we  can  watch  a  movie  or  something  but  i  can’t  promise  i  won’t  fall  asleep.     ”

‘ for little ol’ me ? ‘ taehyeon says as if the breakfast could be for anyone else in the world, but it’s only the two of them in this room, she is quick to sit up; less focused on the food and more focused on diyo. taking the plate and putting it on the side table before her hands are searching for his waist, tugging him closer to hugging him. pressing her ear against his chest, hearing the steadiness of his heartbeat with a fond sigh. ‘ do you wanna shower after we finish breakfast, di ? ‘

jiwoon has quite a sweet tooth, tbh. he doesn't eat it much because he isn't allowed to with his diet, so when he's able to have some, his first go to is usually chocolate. doesn't have to be like actual chocolate, it could also be like a chocolate covered donut or even a hot chocolate drink.
