Big improvement !!! Review by Will

My Silver Dragon V1 cable arrived yesterday via UPS and the service was great! I was able to track the package all the way to New Zealand. As for the sound, I was not really expecting the improvement i got. My setup is a Sony PHA1 and iPod classic, the sound is far more detailed with my Grado GR10's and the soundstage has opened up. I just bought this LOD cable with an Oyaide Rhodium plated mini connector to connect my 4th gen iPod touch to my ALO Rx Mk2 portable headphone amp. I had been using a silver dragon mini to mini cable to route the iPod's headphone output into the amp and while that sounded pretty good Drew confirmed that I needed to use the stereo analog output from the iPod's 30 pin port instead to bypass the iPod on board amplifier.  Drew was spot on and I am really enjoying the sound of this setup with my JH16 IEMs with silver dragon v1 iem cable.  Even without using a separate Portable DAC or a portable combined DAC and Amp I am getting pretty incredible bass, clarity, definition and separation with the Silver Dragon V1 IEM-LOD cable at a very reasonable price! (Posted on 3/22/13)
