Music asks! 6, 16 and 22 please~
6 - A song that makes you want to dance: Caravan Palace - Bambous
Itâs just sooo bouncy and cheery, makes the feetsies go tippity tap. Ha cha chaaa...
16 - One of your favorite classical songs: Vivaldi - Four Seasons (Winter 2nd movement)
Back 12 years ago, when I played the violin, I remember this was one of my year-end exam pieces. And I was super frustrated because it was a hectic night, and I had a bow-tie for some reason, that instantly popped off when I bowed to the audience before the performance. They laughed, but not because of spite, or anything. It was almost christmas, and everyone in town was getting into the holiday spirit, and this little scene just brought some more joy on top of it all. That made me happy as well, and less nervous, and I rocked that exam. One of my favourite pieces Iâve ever played.
22 - A song that moves you forward: Charlie and the Chocolate factory - Simply Second Nature
This little song from a pretty recent musical adaptation brings a lot of joy to me, both as a regular person, and most importantly, as someone who could be called an artist. Itâs just so, well... magical! Give it a listen, youâll see why.
