Over the summer I was asked by Restaurant www.isaact-at.com to undertake what turned out to be a really interesting photography project. The restaurant is so passionate about local produce that they write the food miles of all their ingredients on the back of their menus. To try to convey this close connection between the quality of their local growers and the quality of the food that diners are eating in the restaurant they asked me to visit some of their suppliers and take photographs to make into Framed prints for their restaurant walls.
