[Leura wasn’t even entirely sure why she had gotten this invite. A Christmas party as a spooky old institute focusing mainly on the unexplainable and most often horrifying? It was… odd didn’t even begin to cover it. Perhaps someone saw the last name and thought of her father? Who knows.]
[anyhow, she had come, and she had found a nice little area to hide out in without being bothered too much. She didn’t particularly feel like socializing right now, despite it probably being a good idea to form connections. But… she figured it would just be easier to see who was worth talking to by letting them decide if she was worth the trouble first.]
