░░ ✄ With grease smeared across his cheek, Nikolas found himself nimbly weaving through the crowd of people on the side walk. Finally off work, he had decided to head to the equestrian market to see what kind of colts would be up for sale today. Although it was likely that he couldn’t yet afford it, he was still going to see what was available to get a good idea of the market this month. He tipped his head up, looking around him carefully before he crossed the street. This was a part of life, he had to be more careful than others since he couldn’t hear the things around him.
Much like he couldn’t hear the horn blaring at him before he caught the vehicle out of the corner of his eye right as it came to a screeching halt. He glanced up to the light and then a glare like no other took place on his features as he raised his foot and laid his boot harshly on the front of the car. Assholes. Every single one of them. He really hated people, but instead of sticking around, he got back to walking despite being yelled at behind him. Not like he could hear it, so he didn’t care to read their lips. Though he should’ve been paying closer attention, because right as he looked back in front of him, he was colliding with another body.
“Tch!” He clenched his jaw and looked towards the one he had mistakenly ran into, furrowing his brows and looking about as intimidating as he could at the moment. Nikolas wasn’t the most polite, but he did still hold his hand out while the other made the signs, saying “I’m sorry.”
