Accumula town. A small place in the southern-most part of Unova, and a place he wasn't really too keen on visiting again, yet he did it anyway. On one hand, there had been very nice memories here since this small and pointless place was where all the hard work of his precious Team Plasma began and Ghetsis gave his speech to the uneducated when it came to pokemon and confining them inside small balls until they were deemed useful and brought out. On the other, there was the fact that also in this tiny little town that couldn't even be considered such a thing and was smaller than his own castle in size was also where he met someone he found truly detestable; someone he hated and didn't look forward to thinking about or meeting again to this very day. Ah, what was his name again... Well, the king knew it very well since that boy had been the cause of so much frustration along the way two years ago along with that infuriating girl named Touko, but he tried to pretend as much as he could that that person didn't exist; that he was a figment of his own imagination and would disappear from his mind if he forced himself to forget all about him. Ghetsis suggested the very same countless times when one of the grunts would walk past and mutter something about him and the things he had failed to do in the past because of him which would only cause him to sneer in disgust and chide the muses of the castle to prove them that he was STILL a king, even if a fallen one at one point. Things always fell, but it's the people that dared to get back up again after defeat that were really strong, wasn't that right? As cliche as the phrase was, N thought it to be the truth.
There he stood with his hands stuffed into the pockets of his tan pants, standing in the middle of the sidewalk and staring with glazed over eyes at a particular spot he remembered his father standing with the grunts behind him, arms waving in front of him as if doing so would make his speech even more convincing than it already was to the people that they should've released their pokemon instead of keeping them in those tiny balls. The words were still fresh in his memory, and almost as if he were reminiscing and he would see the faint outline of that person that once stood in the same crowd to the left of him, he turned his head--
-- Only to see that very boy standing there facing him instead of looking back at the same place like last time he had been here, staring at him. Oh. That clearly wasn't how it went last time, and N was met with the reality that 'this wasn't the past, this was real and that it was that annoying trainer from the small town just beyond this one and he was before him yet again after two years'. The greenet didn't take in much of whatever emotion was flickering across the brunet's face, he simply stared at him blankly, face void of any emotion to him.
"... ... ... I believe you have better things to do than gawk at me like that, you fool." he commented before turning sharply on his heels, proceeding to slowly walk away.
