            perhaps  one  of  the  few  people  hailing  from  the  upper  east  side  that  juni  actually  gets  along  with  is  silas  .  not - so - oddly  enough  ,  she  gets  along  well  with  his  twin  ,  and  she  wonders  how  she  managed  that  .  bewitchingly  high  maintenance  and  overly  materialistic  ,  it’s  a  miracle  that  she  even  has  people  in  her  life  who  can  put  up  with  her  antics  ,  and  it’s  also  a  miracle  that  silas  is  in  her  life  .  he’s  essentially  the  ying  to  her  yang  ,  the  person  who  talks  her  down  from  the  metaphorical  ledge  whether  that  be  a  tossed  drink  ,  a  flippant  remark  ,  or  the  methodical  toss  of  a  fist  .  now  ,  juni  is  fully  aware  that  clubs  are  not  silas’  scene  —  specifically  ,  a  sweaty  body  filled  club  where  bodies  are  pressed  too  closely  together  and  with  music  so  loud  that  one  could  not  process  their  own  thoughts  .  this  is  also  ,  unsurprisingly  ,  a  place  where  juni  thrives  .  clad  in  a  versace  mini  dress  where  one  false  move  would  display  more  than  desired  and  while  double  fisting  two  drinks  of  different  colors  ,  juni  expertly  maneuvers  the  crowd  and  beams  when  entering  the  vip  section  once  more  .  ‘  si  !  ’  juni  drapes  herself  onto  the  velvet  couch  and  downs  her  martini  in  one  gulp  .  ‘  c’mon  ,  don’t  you  want  to  at  least  dance  ?  there’s  so  much  ...  potential  tonight  .  ’  she  shakes  his  shoulders  out  of  petulance  and  lets  a  pout  form  onto  glossed  petals  .  ‘  the  last  thing  happening  tonight  is  us  sitting  glued  to  this  chair  .  i  will  literally cry  if  we  do  .  ’
