New chairman of population commission gets Council of State approval

The Council of State has approved the appointment of Silas Agara as the new chairman of the National Population Commission, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, said Thursday.

Mr Agara is a former deputy governor of Nasarawa State.

2019: I Will Pay APC Leaders Monthly If Elected – Nasarawa Deputy Gov

One of the governorship aspirants in Nasarawa State and presently the Deputy Governor of the state, Silas Agara, has declared that will pay a monthly allowance to Local Government and Ward officials of the All Progressives Congress, APC if elected.
