@sigilstag liked for a starter from Valarr from Here
The tournament, where knights could prove their strength and worth or die trying to make a name for themselves or their house. Being the son of the Heir to the Iron throne, it meant to a degree Valarr could not take on the more dangerous opponents - an example being his very own cousin. Did it frustrate the young prince? To a degree but he knew his place as prince of the realm and as his father's son. His dragon as well as those ridden by his family member currently with him today, were off no doubt flying or resting within the eyes of guards of the royal family.
At the moment, Valarr wasn't due to armor up just yet - so he had taken it upon himself to roam the area, not to say a guard wasn't within his sight or more so he wasn't within their sight from a safe distance. He recognized one sigil immediately though when coming across one young woman. Being his father son, he was not without manners when meet their gaze - giving a polite bow as a greeting
"A lady of House Beratheon I presume?" He spoke. Given the white streak in his hair, mis-matched eyes and colors he wore - there was no mistaking his house
