Night view of the Detwiler Fire area looking north up the Merced from above Bagby Recreational area. Some burning still evident but only small remnants of the massive conflagration that rolled through the area a just days before. What you can't see in this night shot is how torched and damaged the surrounding landscape is (we caught a glimpse of it during a recon of the area for the paper earlier yesterday). #wildfire #detwilerfire #nightphotography #sierrastar (at Bagby Recreation Area)
