The beauty about this scene was that Sid appreciated Karan (Balli) for the step he has taken towards doing something right. There was a message in these lines that I liked. The way Kunal Karan Kapoor delivered these lines and then Balli's reaction made me wonder "Does everyone deserve a second chance?" Not including cold blood killers, rapist and pedophile in this. Then came Balli's scene with Monami in which he said "He is standing between the cadets and their dead". A little arrogant wouldn't you say? Balli still have a long way to go. He do have a conscience, but still haven't realize the damage his choices made and how many people he has hurt.
I don't know what you all are looking at, but my eyes are on Kunal Karan Kapoor's curls in the top one. How many would just love to touch them and get "jealous" when someone else is running their fingers through his hair? 😂 I am liking Balli and Sid scenes and I am hoping that when Sid does find out the truth (in case they develop their friendship) he still stay his friend. Reason I wrote this is because it seem like the makers are going for Balli's redemption and him making amends. One good deed that will be heavy on the bad ones as Balli once said. I already in my other post questioned, if someone like him, who forced himself on a women deserve a second chance. I would say NO, but this scene did make me question this a little. Somehow their situation is the same, there would be some understanding, if the makers decide to explore it. Both are outsiders and misunderstood. Both are looking for a place to belong, and to be loved the way they are. Looking at the bts it seem like few typical jungle episodes coming, so development will be between MoLi and not other characters.
So, I know we have hard time looking past the fact that makers made the big mistake to show Balli not respecting Monami's "NO". From Balli's perspective, Monami was in to him....still... doesn't matter how you twist it, Balli's attention wasn't good and he tried to take advantage of a women who he got drunk and believed he was Karan. Said that, I like Balli and Sid scenes. Even though Sid observe people and good in reading them, it seem like when it comes to Balli he is ignoring all signs. Likely because he can't imagine that Karan is dead and the academy let the same "guy in disguise" back in. For Balli, Sid is the one that give respect, been kind and has welcomed him with open arms. Interesting is how Sid is going to react when he finds out the truth. More scenes with them please......

Pushpa is a terrorist, who has her own agenda. She want to see Karan dead. What I just don't get is, what the terrorist are fighting for??? Did I miss out on something??? In the upcoming track we will see Balli taken over Karan's life and things will start falling apart as Shaleen mentioned in an interview. This sound as a brilliant, intense and very interesting track. I personally love watching an actor doing double role and watch how differently he can portray both characters. Honest opinion: Maybe I am old school, but throwing around with food is not something I like to watch. So please leave the 🍗 alone. I totally love when a villain is layered and you fully can't hate the villain. Till date on #ZiddiDilMaaneNa we have had some powerful villains. Layered, mentally unstable, personal agenda, creepy and so on. But now, you don't really care about any of them. I love when you have two villains intimidating each other and it's a power game. When there is tension, chemistry and you kind of want to ship them. This is not the case here. Maybe Balli is too complex a character and should be more simple. Because I am not laughing or feeling any villain vibe at all. I do understand that this track may not have been in the pipeline and the writers and actors haven't had time to work on it. Shaleen is working hard on his character and the concept is awesome, but it not working. Not for me anyway. I am not saying this because I didn't get #SidSa or any scene with #KunalKaranKapoor yesterday. I know their scenes are coming and after a heavy track, they deserve some rest. I am posting this, because I love the idea of Balli, but the makers need to make it work. For now I am waiting for Balli to inter the academy, because Balli, Pushpa and his friends scenes are not impactful enough. I would like to have that intense, sitting on the edge feel, like doing Sid's kidnapping and the organ trafficking track. If Balli is unpredictable then please cut the humor away, because it not working and make Balli full on creepy and unpredictable. To Shaleen's fans, sorry if I hurt your feelings, but it's my honest opinion because I care about the show.
Karan: "Siddharth....hit him" and just what Siddharth needed to let go of everything that been building up since his rescue. We have seen Siddharth quiet, in deep thoughts, "depressed". Like silence before the storm. Karan handed Kundan to Siddharth, to set him free. Between Karan and Siddharth there is not much said, but there is an understanding and some connection now. Karan is looking out for Siddharth, but very differently from the other cadet.
Repeating myself but Karan is self destructive and everything is about how HE feels. Monami has chosen a guy, that treat her like her father. Someone she can safe and is living in the past. Before coming to the academy Monami seemed mentally strong and stubborn, even though she wanted to please others. Now being in love, she is slowly loosing her confidence and "self-respect". The way she keep running after Karan, even after he treat her badly. Just like her father. I wouldn't call it love, but replacing her father with someone else, who make her feel and treat her the same. Monami is living in a fantasy world when it comes to Karan.
