Side note: The medication is NOT contaminated and was able to administer it normal. He is feeling SO much better with such a round belly and full of energy. All he does is chase me from one end of the house to the other then we prank each other. As in, he will hide behind corners to jump out at me and I will do the same. My mom calls us crazy and two peas in a pod. She has never been so right!

This boy right here has the worst luck. SALT WATER POISONING. A nice day at the beach changed fast and we had to take Yukon to the emergency vet yesterday when he started showing signs of salt water poisoning. He was whining, extremely thirsty and peeing uncontrollably every 5 mins. He even had accidents in the car which he has NEVER done. So scary! It doesn’t help that the closest vet open was an emergency vet 2 hours away in Chesapeake. We decided to just pack up to go home and took him to the Vet ER. His sodium levels were dangerously high and there was small amounts of sand sitting in his stomach. He got some medicine and 2 liters of subQ fluids. He’s safe and getting better. We are lake and river people I guess. Update on #humbug Thank you for all the love and wishes!! ❤Humbug is a bit better, the vet was pleased (and Surprised!) At how well she is doing.. her fever is down a bit and her heart and lungs are good..
