He is really shy about any stomach problems.
He's even too shy to pass gas or burp in front of you but it always upsets his stomach
Gets really bad nightmares if he has a fever and immediately searches you out.
Is shy about tummy rubs but loves them
Needs you by his side if he throws up
Loves his hand to be held if he feels physically or mentally unwell
If he's nervous he plays with your hands until he feels relaxed enough
Gets a nervous stomach very often
Needs you by his side if he feels anxious or overwhelmed and just wants to be held
He needs a lot of reassurance if he is sick, especially if he has to sit out any schedule or messes something up
Can't do anything if he has a fever and tends to get really emotional
Scenarios:
At the first date you two had he was so nervous that he had an upset stomach the whole day. In the morning he ran back and forth to the bathroom. At your apartment he was too embarrassed to mention how he feels. Somehow the date ended in a mess
One time he had a small voice cracked at an event/concert and you helped him to calm down and relax afterwards on the hotel. You reassured him and cuddled him until he fell asleep
