How do you not start crying when someone you never talked to before tries having a conversation?

Tfw you really want to talk to people but only specific people and one hates you to down to your existence and your afraid you will annoy the other because they recently got a significant other. Like. I miss one of my friends so bad and she hates me and idk how to fix it and I probably can't which means I lost one of my best friends and idk what I would do without her. Idek. And I really like this friends pretense and I alway want to talk to friend but you don't want to annoy them. Friend also got a significant other which means I'm not supposed to talk to friend very much anymore and it's so hard. Like. And my other friend said I should be happy that the significant other and other friend got together but it just sucks a lot. Like. I feel crushed. And I know that's wrong. But whatever. Idk. They are good together anyway. It just sucks a lot, you know. I guess I just want to talk to both friends but I'm kinda scared of them. Idk. What's wrong with me. This has been thoughts from 11:30 pm
