I know you like Zephyrmon but if you didnāt like her how would you redesign Zoe's beast form? I think the bird concept has been spoiled by fucking duskmon and this is why Zoe never got her beast proper form. My anger will never go away. There are 123456 animals they could have gone for with Duskmon. They chose a fucking bird to go against Zoe because sheās just the girrrrrrlš„š„š„š„š„
No, Anon. I donāt like Shutumon, I donāt like most members of both Fairymon and Blitzmonās line from Beast onwards, but I ended up appreciating them, also because personally I donāt like being negative 24/7 about fandoms I love. It wouldnāt make sense to stay in such fandom if I had to constantly rant.
Anyway, I donāt think Izumi didnāt get a beast form because of Velgremon. There are many birds out there lol. There are a lot of different flying creatures. She could have been a freaking pterodactyl lmaooo; she could have suddenly evolved into a feral flying squirrel with flea-ridden fur and all. I mean- Iām joking ofc, but you get the point.
Personally, tho, if I had to redesign her beast spirit, Iād go for bugs. Iāve said it and Iāll repeat it. Since Bolgmon becomes a freaking tank and Rhino does not appear in the anime, I would have loved seeing Fairymon keeping on crossing the insectoid path to.ā¦Turn into a mantis as a Beast. Yeah , a mantis. SOMEHOW, I got this idea while watching āTurandotā some weeks ago, while planning some nonsense AU. I mean, they are aggressive (they behead their loversš) ,yet graceful, just like Izumi. Moreover, they are a symbol of life, they were animals that got venerated by some ancient civilizations. I would honestly take this route for her, instead of going āangel thing but with bird wingsā. I guess the control skill could have worked perfectly in the same way.
