It has been 6 weeks since full body reconstructive skin surgery after weight loss.

I am now at 192 lbs, down 148 lbs total from my starting weight of 340.

I am having some bad swelling still in my tummy so am still in the high compression surgical garment for another week or two.

Everything else is healing beautifully and I cannot wait to get back to the gym, the pool and the volleyball courts.

First two pics are from now, dresses size 10 and 12.

The last two years were all about weight loss for me. I lost 145 lbs in 2 years, and 3 weeks ago had excess skin removal surgery.

i am starting the year at 195 lbs. In the one hundreds for the first time since puberty. 

Once I am done healing from surgery, 2016 will be all about training, tightening and toning and building muscle. 

My old fav jeans, size 26, and my new jeans, size 14.

Weighed 199 this morning!

My highest weight was 340.

Haven’t been under 200 since puberty.

17 inches off my hips a foot off each from my chest, waist and bum. 8 inches off my upper thigh 5 inches off my upper arm .

2 lbs from overweight instead of obese

Surgery in 25 days.

9 weeks until skin removal surgery.

Weight loss has slowed to a crawl, but inches are still coming off. Because i am losing with working out instead of diet alone, it changes things. 

A lot to worry about and I know the stress is not good for me.
