It’s spooky month, so I figured I’d draw these two, since I haven’t spoken about them much, especially the character behind Shrei, Wisp!
Particularly for this piece, I figured Shrei ought to have a more concrete design, rather than just completely random spots. For context, they’re a normal black cat with vitiligo, so as they get older they’re just going to get more and more white spots! Another thing to note: they’re not really a munchkin cat anymore, but rather just kinda short... Wisp is a character I’ve been thinking about for a while now (along with the other SP1R1TS and D3M0NS designs and ideas) but I’ve never really spoken about her... So I might as well do so here! In life, she was a large, Maine Coon mother with a couple children, although she hasn’t seen them since she died. Her death itself ties in with what Shrei is getting up to after the apocalypse, and how they end up being experimented on by Blaze. As a side note, I might try to add some sort of spoiler timeline or synopsis to the blog? Not sure if that would be a good idea though.

I’ve actually drawn stuff with Rika before, but it’s old art hh Since I’m still writing/planning the whole story, their roles are kiiiinda undetermined, but I definitely have plans!
