had such a good workout this morning πͺπ¦ Did glutes, abs & cardio: 4x15/leg backward lunges with 25lb dumbells, supersetted with standing oblique crunches with a 25lb plate 15 reps per side, hanging knee raises with a 10lb dumbell 15reps (did all 3, 4 times) Jump squats (wide and closed) with a 30lb barbell, v ups (abs) on the end of a bench (30reps) supersetted with pull ups (wide and closed grip) did both 3 times, Step ups on stairs with a backwards lunge then kickback holding 10lb plates (10 reps each side) Did jump squats & lunges between different sets too. Did reverse hip abduction with 335lbs 3x20 (for the booty) then got to have the spin room all to myself so I did arm walks on the bosu ball, jumping squats & lunges, wall balls, mountain climbers and did 30 mins on the spin bike, got off every 10 mins to do a set of all the exercises...
