It’s Friday …. I hope your coffee is delicious and the workday is gentle. Remember to show someone a little grace today!!

Today was just a day, not good and not bad, it was just a day. And as I had a late afternoon solo coffee date I realized I’m doing okay. Not great like the mug says, but just okay. And sometimes that’s the best we can do. Friendships come and go, relationships end, people you thought would always be there drift away. This is your daily reminder that you’re doing okay too….even if you don’t think it.

It’s another beautiful day here. So why not have a coffee outside. While I was sitting there 2 women about my age sat at a table close to me. Both of them simply stunning in their meddle aged life, laughing with each other. So as I was leaving I walked over and told them “I think you both are simply stunning”. I thought one of them was going to cry as she told me I had made her day. Please, speak kindness in to each other. You never know what people are struggling with, your kindness might be so they see that day.
