*Show!Cuphead* (Thoughts) : “What the heck?! Those guys are so cool! Will I grow up to be like that?!”

imagining them getting into a fight and having that classic "I wish i was an only child" kind of argument and both of them wishing for their own bedrooms

Kettle not buying it bc these boy's are inseparable and bets Cuphead he wouldn't last 24 hours without going back to his brother. Cuphead being Cuphead- accepts. Cup takes the living room bc small ass cottage they aint got an extra room. Mug stays in their bedroom

Mugman gets scared of the dark ig and tries to look down from the bunk bed like "Cups, you up?" and is like- "Oh right." Cup having the same issue with his nightmares abt the devil, tryna look up like "Mugsy, you up?" "Oh yeah-" Kind of paradox

safe to say Cups cant do it anymore "I cant! I want Mugsy!" Mugman as well "I want Cuphead!" the boys try and race up/down the stairs and bump into eachother- frantically apologizing, saying they'll never leave each other again and climb into the same bunk

Kettle finding them the next morning all knowing "I knew they wouldn't last" while also counting through 20 bucks bc- he won the bet lol
