Standing EZ Bar Upright Rows | Beginners # 1
The upright row exercises the front and middle parts of the deltoid, also the trapezius and rhomboids. Really good at growing and toning these muscles.
Exercises like bench press, shoulder press, and pushups can also effectively build the same muscles.
Workout Structure:
x 4 sets x 6 x 7 x 8 x 10 reps
Stronger people out there, increase the weight. Either do the same reps or start from 8.
x 8 x 9 x 10 x 12 reps
