#shoujo hell

right from the start we’re shown Haruhi is one of the few characters in the series to have some sense and lots of emotional intelligence e.g. Haruhi figures out Kasugazaki-san and her fiance’s relationship and true feelings for each other; figures out easily Ayanokouji is a bully and is jealous; Haruhi can tell the twins apart! etc. etc.  I don’t have a problem with Haruhi having feelings for Tamaki, nor have I a problem with Haruhi not figuring out until now, believe me I don’t. my problem is Haruhi’s attitude of ‘But Tamaki-senpai doesn’t like me, he likes me as a daugther’  this is bullshit. if everyone in the dysfunctional bunch of people that is the host club could figure out Tamaki really likes Haruhi but is too idiotic to realize, then Haruhi SHOULD BE WELL AWARE OF THAT TOO. it’s so inconsistent with how i’ve come to read the character, it is bugging me to a very personal level besides I don’t really know whether Tamaki likes Haruhi for real? like, he’s always having this annoying daydreams where Haruhi is this cutesy shoujo princess that is very embarrassed by Tamaki’s attention and it’s just so OOC ?? ? He’s always micromanaging Haruhi: ‘You should wear girl’s clothes’ ‘a girl shouldn’t show her skin until marriage’ ‘a girl this, a girl that’ IT’S GROSS so I would rather a plot line where Haruhi knows as well as everyone else Tamaki does like them but likes this idealization of Haruhi and not who they really are ?? wouldn’t it have been so much better, Haruhi showing Tamaki their real self, ‘THIS IS ME TAMAKI-SENPAI’ and if Tamaki likes Haruhi that way too then PERFECT I’M GOOD If the manga gets anything like that later PLEASE tell me so I can keep reading, if it doesn’t I’m dropping it right now, today

I DON'T REALLY LIKE IT YET it's over the top and some......... characters......... are conflicting....... yet I'm still reading it u_u
