A-as far as p-powerful s-stands go, there is o-one that I k-know of that s-stands out.
T-the name of t-the stand is Volatile Times, a-and I’ve only e-encountered it o-once. A-as can be a-assumed from the n-name, it is a t-time controlling s-stand, making i-it easily t-top the power c-charts. I-it’s range is o-only five m-meters, though t-that is more t-than enough. I w-wish I could h-have observed it f-further, though the o-owner wasn’t p-particularly... f-friendly.
M-moving on to w-what I d-did learn.
T-the power is a g-give and t-take sort, it h-has the ability t-to s-slow and q-quicken the t-time of a-any object i-in their r-radius, including o-organic l-life. W-when something i-is s-slowed, another t-thing must g-go faster in t-the same r-ratio. T-this ability d-does not w-work on themselves, h-however. I-it’s a s-strange s-sight to b-behold, l-like when you s-see the a-air above burning h-hot pavement a-and it s-shimmers and c-creates mirages. I d-didn’t g-get the b-best vibes f-from the user, t-though, so it’s f-for the best we p-parted ways before I f-finished my r-research.
T-though I w-wonder what ever h-happened to them.
