Shop upgrade weekend #3: I finished painting the ceiling and I installed the LED lights. The auto-exposure on my phone camera masks how crazy bright it is now. I think I might have overdone it.
Another shop improvement project. I pulled off the flimsy hardboard and replaced it particle board and slatboard. The doors were a mess, but they look pretty decent after I installed jamb extensions and painted them. I used up 4 cans of partial gallons of slightly different shades of white paint/primer. Now I have to start putting things back together.
I recently bought a new drum sander. Itβs been sitting on a crappy cart I built years ago. This weekend I built a new cart out of mostly scrap material. I debated about whether to paint it. Ultimately, the βwhy notβ argument won out.
