Sorry to read about your dreadful silver dragon experience. That basically seems like a gin fizz and I have to agree they're not great and very easy to make too strong in either the gin or the lemon direction. Out of interest, were you using real egg white or the liquid alternative? Did you do a dry shake first before adding ice and shaking again?

I used liquid alternative because it was what I had available and no dry shake first! I wouldn’t call myself a drink mixer by any means so if you think this might be where I went wrong feel free to let me know 😂
